Return Policy

Returns

We understand things don't always work out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. Once your return is received, we will refund the item(s) onto the original payment method. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start your return, please email support@thecameronshop.com with your order number and reason for return. The order number can be found on the packing slip provided in your shipment. 

Once confirmed, you may mail your items to the address below. If you need us to provide a USPS shipping label for you, a $5 fee will be deducted from the total. Email support@thecameronshop.com if this method is preferred. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees to return product.

In the event an item was sent damaged/defected, please email a picture to support@thecameronshop.com and we will provide the return label at no cost.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or altered, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All returns are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange for a different size and/or color, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

Store Credit

Any returns received after 14 days will be issued as store credit only. A store credit code will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours to use on your next purchase. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
